I’m a yoga instructor, brand designer, and creative at heart based in Birmingham, Alabama. Whether I’m guiding a class or building a brand, I’m drawn to experiences that feel intentional, grounded, and deeply human.

My work is rooted in the idea that simplicity creates connection. Through yoga and branding, I want people to feel more aligned, confident, and at ease, both in their business and in themselves.
